About Us
We’re Brian and Barb Gaskell, and we live on a small family farm in southeastern Oregon.
Over the past 40 years, we’ve built a life full of adventure, animals, and community. We spent years dog sledding across the snow and now fill our days raising Missouri Foxtrotter horses and Irish Wolfhound puppies.
When we’re not working with the animals, you’ll find us camping, trail riding, and keeping up with life on the farm — and yes, the dogs always come along.
Brian works as a registered nurse, but he somehow still finds time for training horses, farrier work, fencing, and every new project Barb dreams up.
Barb keeps the little school down the road fed with her home cooking and has a gift for creating a beautiful home and yard. She's the heart behind our puppies and the spirit behind most of our best ideas (and projects!).
